Essential Functions: Promote actively different financial products, adapting sales strategies to meet and exceed established goals. Manage the complete loan process, from application to disbursement, providing guidance and assistance to clients. Perform administrative tasks related to the loan process, including collection, telemarketing, posting payments in the cash box, and cash reconciliation. Provide exceptional customer service, answering queries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Perform post-sales follow-up to ensure service quality and continuous customer satisfaction. Ensure compliance with internal procedures and policies of the financial institution in all stages of the process. Collaborate with other internal departments to ensure smooth communication and efficient resolution of any problems. Stay updated on the financial products offered, as well as changes in relevant policies and regulations.

Requirements: Minimum fourth-year diploma. Previous experience in sales or offering financial products or services. Ability to meet sales goals. Experience in handling cash register.
