About the Company:
Northgate Mortgage LLC is seeking experienced and motivated Licensed Loan Officers to join our growing team.
About the Role:
- Candidates must hold an active NMLS license and have experience originating residential mortgage LOAEmployees will be eligible to receive a $5,000 retention bonus upon successful completion of six consecutive months of employment with Northgate Mortgage LLC.Responsibility
- Assist borrowers with purchase, refinance, and cash-out refinance loans
- Take loan applications and guide clients through the mortgage process
- Follow up with company-provided leads and maintain client relationships.
- Collect and review required documentation.
- Communicate professionally with borrowers, processors, and underwriters.
- Meet production goals while delivering excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
- Active NMLS license (required)
- Previous residential mortgage experience.
- Excellent communication and sales skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple files.
