Job Overview: We are hiring a Store Expansion Manager / Senior Manager to own the full 0-to-1 launch of large-format retail stores. You will manage the entire store development lifecycle—from market and trade area analysis, site selection, and lease negotiation, all the way through construction, regulatory approvals, inspections, and pre-opening readiness. Key Responsibilities1. Site Sourcing & Market Analysis Analyze market and trade area; source and evaluate potential store locations.2. Leasing & Property Due Diligence Lead lease negotiation, property due diligence, zoning and entitlement review.3. Design, Construction & Permitting Oversee design, construction, permit applications, fire inspection and building inspection.4. Licensing & Compliance Secure Certificate of Occupancy, business license, signage permit and other local mandatory licenses.5. Cross-functional Fit-out Coordination Coordinate facility, IT, security and internal teams for site fit-out.6. Pre-opening Readiness Conduct final inspection and ensure full pre-opening readiness for on-time store launch.

Requirements: Hands-on 0-to-1 end-to-end opening experience for large-scale retail / big-box supermarket stores. In-depth knowledge of commercial real estate leasing, property due diligence, construction, and local regulatory permitting processes. Strong project management, cross-stakeholder coordination and negotiation skills. Ability to independently drive the whole store development project.
