SC Johnson is seeking an Executive Talent Acquisition Partner to lead Director and Senior Director searches across the US, Europe and LATAM, building expertise in executive search strategy, market mapping and passive candidate engagement. You will partner with senior leaders and ExGTA teams to deliver leadership appointments, while developing two to three core functional talent markets, including succession planning and talent intelligence.
