Job Title: RN – Behavioral Health
Location: Worcester, Massachusetts
Rate: Up to $2300.00 Gross Weekly
Position: 13-week Contract (Travel and Local Accepted)
Schedule: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Hours:
36 hours per week, every other weekend required, 2 major holidays + 1 minor holiday commitment
Requirements:- Active RN license in the state of Massachusetts
- Minimum of 1-2 years of Behavioral health experience.
- Ability to float between all units including general psych, adolescent, and detox
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced inpatient mental health setting
Certifications: Current BLS certification required or must be obtained prior to start
Responsibilities:- Provide direct nursing care in an inpatient behavioral health setting
- Float across all units including adult, adolescent, general, and detox as needed
- Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes in mental and physical status
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Support admissions, stabilization, and ongoing patient care planning
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Ensure a safe, therapeutic, and supportive environment for patients
