Job description: The Home Health Travel RN provides skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, conducting assessments, developing and implementing care plans, coordinating with the interdisciplinary team, and ensuring timely, accurate documentation. This role supports quality patient outcomes through clinical expertise, effective communication, and efficient management of home health visits throughout the service area. Perform other job duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.

Licenses and Certifications: Active, unrestricted RN license issued by the applicable state Board of Nursing.
