Direct Care Aide (Meds) – Daily Living Support

Midwest Health, Inc. seeks a Direct Care Worker (meds) to provide direct care to residents, assist with activities of daily living, and support housekeeping and laundry tasks in the community. The role includes aiding residents with meals, documenting care, and maintaining a clean med room while following physician orders and community policies. Weekend and holiday rotation is required.
