Senior Manufacturing Associate

Key responsibilities: Lead end-to-end production planning and manage relationships with co-manufacturers to ensure seamless execution Oversee daily production performance, resolve issues, and communicate risks to cross-functional partners Maintain high-level operational reporting and ensure audit-ready documentation of production activitiesRequired qualifications 2-5 years of experience managing suppliers in a co-manufacturing environment, preferably in food or drink-based CPG Understanding of multiple supply chain disciplines including purchasing, manufacturing, and logistics Strong project management and problem-solving skills Proven ability to build professional relationships with internal and external partners High level of motivation and discipline with a persistent and resourceful approach to issues
