Mobile Home Park Acquisitions Lead

Haven Housing, a Haven Properties affiliate, seeks an Acquisition Manager to source, underwrite and close acquisitions of mobile home parks across the Western U.S. You will build the deal pipeline, evaluate financials, and drive value-add strategies. You will travel up to 40% and coordinate with internal teams to close transactions on accelerated timelines. This role reports to Haven Housing's Managing Director of Acquisitions.
