Guest Experience Concierge Front Desk

The Shooting Star Casino, Hotels, & Event Center is seeking a front desk associate to manage daily guest check-in/check-out using Visual One and to deliver the STAR Experience to all guests and team members. You will verify guest information, assist with room assignments, and provide information about hotel services. Responsibilities include processing reservations, handling payments, coordinating with housekeeping for late checkouts and room changes, and ensuring accurate billing while
