Role Overview:
We are seeking candidates who have Strong functional/application support engineer with hands-on Dynamics 365 Finance experience. The role requires hands-on expertise in Finance skills including Timesheets, Number Sequence, Project Accounting/Expense Reports, Financial Reporting and localization areas..
Minimum Qualifications:
Dynamics 365 Finance / F&O functional support experience
Strong knowledge of:
- General Ledger
- Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable
- Cash & Bank Management
- Fixed Assets
- Financial Reporting
- Period close / core finance processes
- Ability to troubleshoot configuration, posting, transactions and application behavior
- Understanding of roles/security and Finance application configuration
- Experience handling production/customer issues
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting and customer-facing communication skills
- Good to Have Skills
- Project Accounting / Project Operations
- Expense management / Timesheets
- Number sequences and workflows
- Country/localization experience
- Understanding of F&O integrations with Dataverse / Power Platform
- Exposure to Dual-write and data entities
Time of operation: This team will be in 24X7 shift model. Therefore, should be flexible to cover during holidays and weekends to accommodate MS roster.
