THE OPPORTUNITY:
This is a comprehensive orthopedic surgery assignment for a physician who enjoys a balance of hands-on surgical cases, emergency trauma care, and outpatient patient management. You'll provide full-scope orthopedic services across inpatient and outpatient settings, including scheduled surgeries, emergency consultations, trauma cases, and ongoing orthopedic care. The ideal physician is confident managing both general orthopedic conditions and musculoskeletal trauma, with the ability to transition between the clinic, operating room, and hospital. SCHEDULE & COVERAGE Assignment Start: December 1, 2026 Duration: Approximately 6 Months Schedule: Full-Time Call: 10-11 Days Per Month Call Hours: 7:00 AM-7:00 AM (24 Hours) Clinic Hours: 8:00 AM-4:30 PM Proposed Weekly Schedule: Monday / Wednesday: Outpatient Clinic Tuesday / Thursday: Operating Room Call Coverage: 10-11 Days Per Month Flexibility: Clinic and OR days are open for discussion Working days outside of call will include outpatient clinic and scheduled surgical coverage.
