Assistant Manager

About LPM Restaurant & Bar LPM is a French Mediterranean restaurant in the heart of Brickell known for its relaxed Riviera atmosphere, strong food, and polished hospitality. We’re looking for an Assistant Manager who can help keep the restaurant running smoothly while supporting both the team and the guest experience.What You’ll Do - Help oversee daily operations during lunch and dinner service - Support the floor, resolve guest issues, and make sure service standards stay high - Assist with scheduling, training, and coaching team members - Monitor inventory, food and beverage costs, and overall cleanliness - Step in as Manager on Duty when needed - Work closely with the General Manager and other leaders to keep the restaurant organized and consistent What We’re Looking For - 2+ years of experience in a restaurant management or supervisory role (upscale or fine dining preferred) - Strong communication and leadership skills - Ability to stay calm and organized in a busy environment - Working knowledge of front-of-house operations, guest service, and basic cost control - Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays - Professional appearance and a genuine interest in hospitality What We Offer - Competitive salary + service charge - Health, dental, and vision insurance - Paid time off - Employee meals and discount - Opportunity to grow within a well-known restaurant group This is a hands-on role for someone who likes leading a team and delivering a strong guest experience in a busy, high-end setting.
