Key responsibilities:
Virtually train dealership personnel on the use of Vitu's platform
Monitor compliance and conduct audits related to DMV processes and procedures
Deliver support via phone, chat, and email while advocating for client needs and improvementsRequired qualificationsExperience with Title and Registration and related DMV documents for vehicles
Preferred account management experience in a business-to-business environment
Knowledge of DMV regulations and EVR program (E-filing)
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Drive
Able to communicate effectively with high-level executives
