Job Role: Supply Chain Technical Lead
Location: Nashville, TN (Onsite)
Duration: Long Term Contract
Job Description:- Lead the implementation and support of Symphony GOLD Supply Chain solutions
- Design and manage integrations across enterprise platforms such as ERP, WMS, OMS, and planning tools (e.g., Relex Solutions)
- Support and integrate with key platforms such as Master Data Management (MDM) systems covering items, locations, vendors, and hierarchies
Essential Skills: Strong hands-on experience in Symphony GOLD Supply Chain systems implementation and support engagements.
In-depth understanding of retail merchandising and supply chain processes, including:
Order management, replenishment, and allocation
Pricing and promotion management
Inventory lifecycle and forecasting
Experience with Relex Solutions, MDM platforms, and vendor collaboration tools
Expertise in system integration (APIs, middleware, batch/event-based processing)
Experience in any of the programming languages and SQL will be an added advantage.
