This Direct Hire opportunity is ideal for candidates with roll thread experience who can read blueprints, interpret GD&T, and perform quality inspections using precision measuring instruments.

Responsibilities: Operate GrinC/Roll machinery safely and efficiently. Set up, monitor, and adjust machines to meet production requirements. Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings. Apply GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) principles to verify product specifications. Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring equipment. Perform routine quality checks throughout the production process. Troubleshoot minor machine and production issues. Maintain accurate production and inspection records. Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.

Required Qualifications: Previous roll thread experience required. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T.Experience using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools. Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
