About the Opportunity:
Ashton North is conducting a confidential search for a Director, Business Systems & Transformation on behalf of a growing global healthcare technology organization. We are looking for a business-minded technology leader who understands how enterprise systems, data and business processes work together to support organizational growth. This is not a traditional applications support position. The organization is looking to evolve its Business Systems function into a proactive partner to Finance, Sales, Operations and other business leaders. The right individual will bring a combination of enterprise applications experience, business process improvement, cross-functional leadership and the ability to translate business priorities into practical technology strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the strategy, development and ongoing improvement of enterprise business systems.
Partner with Finance, Sales, Operations and other functional leaders to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
Oversee business-critical applications across ERP, CRM and related enterprise platforms.
Improve integration, data quality and information flow across business systems.
Develop and execute a Business Systems roadmap aligned with organizational priorities.
Support technology and business process integration associated with acquisitions.
Establish consistent processes, governance and application standards across global operations.
Lead and develop teams while building stronger relationships between Technology and business stakeholders.
Evaluate opportunities to leverage AI, automation and emerging technologies to improve business performance.
Communicate priorities, recommendations and measurable outcomes to senior leadership.
What We're Looking For:- Proven leadership experience in enterprise Business Systems, Enterprise Applications, IT Transformation or a related function.
- Strong experience with NetSuite ERP, including implementation, optimization or enterprise platform ownership.
- Experience with CRM, Service
- Now, integration platforms or other enterprise business applications.
- Understanding of Finance-related business processes, including quote-to-cash, order-to-cash, procurement, billing and reporting.
- Experience integrating systems and data across multiple business functions.
- Demonstrated ability to improve business processes rather than simply implement technology.
- Experience leading teams, managing competing priorities and influencing senior business stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technology decisions in business terms.
Additional Experience That Would Be Valuable:
Global or multinational business environments.
SaaS, software, healthcare technology or other complex growth organizations.
Mergers, acquisitions and enterprise systems integration.
Data architecture, governance, analytics or enterprise information management.
Practical experience applying AI and automation to business processes.
