In this role, you’ll support the full-cycle recruitment of Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) for Locum Tenens opportunities—from sourcing and interviewing to placement, onboarding, and ongoing candidate support.🎓 FRESH GRADUATES ARE WELCOME TO APPLY!We’re looking for someone who is motivated, proactive, people-oriented, and eager to learn. What You’ll Do:- Source and engage qualified Physicians and APPs
- Conduct candidate interviews and screenings
- Match clinicians with appropriate opportunities
- Support placement and onboarding activities
- Build and maintain strong candidate relationships
- Support redeployment and ongoing candidate engagement
- Maintain accurate candidate records in our ATS
