Job Title: QA Analyst
Location: Indianapolis, Indiana - ONSITE

Key Responsibilities:- Revise and improve existing Python code and data operations to enhance efficiency and integration with STARLIMS LIMS.Develop, revise, and verify quality program standards based on EPA chemistry test methods.
- Review accuracy, reproducibility, and analytical data to validate laboratory test results.
- Review and assess new or modified programs, documentation, and specifications to ensure they meet user requirements and established guidelines.
- Recommend program improvements or corrections to developers and technical teams.
- Identify differences between established standards and user applications and recommend appropriate modifications.
- Review chemistry procedures to identify deviations from published analytical methods.
- Evaluate chemical inventory systems and laboratory operational processes.
- Validate Excel spreadsheets used for analytical calculations.
- Review annual competency assessments for approximately 25 chemists across roughly 60 analytical methods.
- Additional Relevant SkillsPython code review and improvement.
- Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), particularly STARLIMS.EPA chemistry test methods and laboratory quality standards.
- Excel spreadsheet validation and analytical calculations.

- Conducted detailed reviews of analytical data packages to ensure compliance with regulatory standards including EPA, FDA, and state environmental prVerified completeness, accuracy, and adherence to reporting guidelines for externally submitted laboratory results.
- Ensured full traceability and integrity of laboratory data by maintaining validated electronic records and consistent documentation practices.
