Job Description Position Summary We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Adult Medical Day Care team on a part-time basis. The LPN will provide direct nursing care, support participant health needs, and work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to ensure a safe and supportive environment for our participants.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide routine nursing care and monitoring of participantsAdminister medications and treatments as orderedAssist with assessments, documentation, and care plan updatesMonitor vital signs and report changes to supervising RN/physicianRespond to participant health concerns and emergenciesMaintain accurate and timely medical recordsSupport a positive, respectful, and culturally sensitive environment Qualifications Current New Jersey LPN license in good standingCPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain) Experience in adult day care, geriatrics, or long-term care preferredStrong communication and teamwork skillsAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environment Preferred Skills We strongly encourage applicants who are multilingual, especially those fluent in: MandarinKoreanRussian
