Key responsibilities:
Serve as the key analytical partner for payor contracting and revenue cycle teams, focusing on reimbursement strategy
Build financial models to support payor contract negotiations and ensure revenue recognition aligns with expected outcomes
Analyze regulatory developments and their potential impact on business leaders, while tracking payor contract performanceRequired qualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Finance/Accounting, Economics, Health Policy, Informatics, or a related field; MBA or master's preferred
At least 5 years of reporting, analytics, and business operations experience, preferably in healthcare/provider space
Minimum of 2 years of direct experience in payor contracting analytics or out-of-network reimbursement
2-3 years of leadership experience preferred
Working knowledge of the No Surprises Act and federal IDR process
