Independent OT Assistant - Home Health, Flexible Schedule

FeldCare Connects is seeking a self-motivated Occupational Therapist Assistant to provide premier home health care services to adults in Hickman and surrounding areas. The role is an Independent Contractor position with autonomy to serve the community under the FeldCare Connects network. The Occupational Therapist in Home Health assesses patient needs, plans and implements therapy, and evaluates outcomes to enhance daily functioning and safety.
