Our client in Gresham is looking for a dependable, detail-focused Panel Building Trainee to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone with a mechanical mindset who enjoys hands-on work and is interested in developing new skills. The ideal candidate is punctual, organized, able to work independently, and committed to building a long-term career with the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scan completed panels and accurately track job time
- Learn and apply information from job, metal, and panel labels
- Measure panel components to ensure accurate dimensions
- Inspect, organize, and prepare metal components for panel assembly
- Follow established procedures and maintain quality standards
- Identify issues and use problem-solving skills to resolve them
Requirements:
- Ability to consistently lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail
- Good problem-solving abilities
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
