Responsibilities:
- Operate industrial sewing machines to assemble pillows & home furnishings products according to specifications* Follow patterns, templates, and work orders to ensure accurate construction and consistent quality* Inspect finished pieces for defects, loose threads, and proper seam alignment* Maintain a clean and organized workstation to support efficient production flow* Meet daily production quotas while upholding quality standards* Perform basic machine maintenance and report any equipment issues to supervisors* Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and fulfill production goals
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sewing, home furnishings products, preferred* Proficiency with industrial sewing machines and related equipment* Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work* Ability to work at a steady pace and meet production targets* Ability to stand, sit, and perform repetitive hand and arm movements for extended periods* Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player* Ability to follow verbal and written instructions in a fast-paced environment
