Join our healthcare partner as a Dialysis RN, where you'll oversee the delivery of dialysis treatments and ensure the well-being of patients across multiple clinic locations. This is a unique opportunity to work in a chronic, in-center setting, providing vital care and education to patients while collaborating with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals.
In this role, you will:- Oversee the delivery of dialysis and patient care
- Provide education to patients and supervise Dialysis Technicians
- Adjust treatment plans per standing orders and care plans
- Monitor patient outcomes and administer medications
- Participate in quality improvement projects
- Collaborate with social workers, dietitians, and nephrologists
Requirements:- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license from the WA State Board of Nursing or Multi-State Compact Nurse license
- Current certification of Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) with a Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers card with American Heart Association
- Need 1 year experience in setting
- Previous Dialysis experience required
- Prior experience in Acute or Ambulatory Nursing preferred
- Flexibility to work at any clinic location in Mountlake Terrace, Everett, Monroe, and Smokey Point
- Ability to work any shift (AM/PM) schedule depending upon staffing needs
