Leading the design and development of plumbing systems for large-scale commercial projects, the full-time remote Plumbing Engineer III will manage plumbing system layouts, perform design calculations, and utilize Revit for construction documentation while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
Key responsibilities:
Lead the design and engineering of plumbing system layouts, including domestic water, sanitary waste, storm drainage, and gas piping systems
Perform and review plumbing design calculations to ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards
Oversee design schedules, deliverables, and project milestones to ensure timely and efficient executionRequired qualificationsBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
4+ years of professional plumbing design experience for commercial or industrial projects
Active Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
Proficiency in Revit for plumbing system design and documentation
Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, NFPA standards, and industry best practices
