Production Assistant

About Us: Spread Good Shop is a growing small business specializing in custom apparel and merchandise for businesses, events, organizations, and community causes. From branded apparel to custom event merchandise, we help bring ideas to life through quality products and design. As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a dependable, hands‑on Production Assistant to join our team and help keep orders moving. We're a small team where everyone plays an important role, and we're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys staying organized, and wants to grow alongside us.

What You'll Do: Prepare production orders: Sort and organize garments by style, size, color, and design to ensure everything is ready for production. Assist with order fulfillment: Fold, inspect, package, label, and prepare completed orders for shipment. Keep things organized: Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe workspace so our team can work efficiently. Support daily operations: Help with a variety of hands‑on tasks to keep production running smoothly, especially during busy periods. Work as a team: Communicate with the production team, follow instructions, and help ensure orders are completed accurately and on time. As you become more familiar with our processes, there may be opportunities to take on additional responsibilities and work more independently.

What We're Looking For: Someone dependable, punctual, and ready to contribute to a team. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to doing things right. Good organizational skills and the ability to stay on task. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills and processes. Someone comfortable with hands‑on work and repetitive tasks. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift or move boxes and bundles of apparel as needed. Previous experience in fulfillment, warehousing, apparel production, shipping, or a similar role is a plus, but no prior experience is required. We're happy to train the right person.
