What You’ll Do: Depending on the client’s care plan, duties may include:
- Companionship and supervision
- Personal care and daily routines
- Meal preparation
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Mobility and transfer assistance
- Medication reminders
- Dementia support
- Errands or transportation when authorized
- Helping clients remain safe and comfortable at home

- Able to follow an individualized care plan
- Able to travel to clients in the Coal City/Diamond area
- Available for daytime, evening, or a combination of shifts
- Willing to work with more than one client when needed
Previous caregiving, CNA, assisted living, home care, or similar experience is preferred, but we will consider the right candidate who is dependable and willing to learn.
