Head of Loads & Dynamics for Next-Gen Seagliders

REGENT seeks a Manager, Loads & Dynamics to build and lead the team responsible for defining the loads that support design and certification of Seaglider vehicles. You will establish a coherent loads basis, set testing and analysis standards, and drive integration across Structures, Flight Physics, and Certification while remaining hands-on as needed. You will recruit and mentor engineers, align on interfaces, and ensure defensible, regulator-ready evidence.
