Job Description:
We are seeking a strategic, creative, and highly organized Marketing Manager to lead marketing across an approximately 40-property multifamily portfolio throughout the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic. The Marketing Manager will oversee both portfolio-wide brand strategy and property-level marketing, with a focus on driving qualified traffic, leasing velocity, occupancy, revenue, and resident retention. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable analyzing performance data, developing strategy, and executing hands-on marketing initiatives. The role oversees digital marketing, ILS strategy, reputation management, creative assets, websites, advertising, analytics, vendor relationships, marketing communications, and company branding. The Marketing Manager will partner closely with Operations, Regional and Community Managers, Revenue Management, Development, and other internal teams. The successful candidate must be comfortable collaborating virtually with property and corporate teams across multiple markets while managing multiple priorities independently. They are organized, detail-oriented, creative, commercially minded, and comfortable managing priorities across a geographically dispersed portfolio. This is a remote position with 25–40% travel, based on business needs, portfolio activity, and company initiatives.
