Embroidery Trimmer - 2nd Shift

Pay: $15.50 per hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Location: Largo, FL 33773 Join Our Production Team! Alliance Workforce is hiring an Embroidery Trimmer for a busy production facility! If you have a good eye for detail, enjoy hands-on work, and take pride in producing quality products, this is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced team.

What You’ll Be Doing: Verify embroidered products match the order information and artwork. Remove backing materials and trim loose threads from embroidered items. Inspect products for embroidery quality and ensure they meet company standards. Follow special packaging instructions, including bagging, tagging, rolling, and bundling items. Count and pack finished products accurately. Record completed orders in the logbook. Notify the team lead of any shortages or order discrepancies. Apply packaging labels to shipping boxes. Complete order paperwork with initials, date, and finished quantities. Maintain a clean work area and follow all safety procedures.

What We’re Looking For: Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy and meeting production goals. Ability to read and follow written instructions. Good communication skills. A proactive attitude and willingness to help the team when needed. Ability to bend and lift boxes weighing up to 35 lbs.
