Controller & Assistant CFO — Path to CFO Leadership

Mama Torrez Salsa Company is seeking a hands-on Controller to lead its finance and accounting functions as it expands production nationwide. You will oversee accounting, financial reporting, planning, cash management, and provide strategic financial insight into production strategy and retailer terms. Reporting to the CEO, you will build scalable processes, manage day-to-day transactions, and position for a future CFO role as the company grows this decade.
