This opportunity puts you at the center of the A/R process, where accuracy, problem-solving, and strong communication directly support financial performance.
What You'll Do:
- Manage the full-cycle accounts receivable process
- Generate and review customer invoices
- Apply payments and credits accurately
- Reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies
- Resolve short payments, disputes, and chargebacks
- Maintain customer billing and credit information
- Prepare statements and follow up on balances
- Partner with Operations, Project Managers, and Sales
- Support month-end close and A/R reporting
- Analyze aging and perform account reconciliations
- What You'll Bring3–5 years of A/R or billing experience
- Project-based or field-services billing experience
- Advanced NetSuite expertise
- Strong understanding of accounting principles
- Knowledge of revenue recognition and billing workflows
- Experience managing high-volume receivables
- Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables
- Excellent communication and analytical abilities
