Role Description:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented full-time CNC Lathe Machinist to join our team on-site in San Diego, CA. The ideal candidate will operate and program CNC lathes, ensure precision and quality in production, and perform routine equipment maintenance. Day-to-day tasks include setting up machinery, machining components according to specifications, conducting quality checks, and collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations. The role offers the opportunity to work with advanced machinery and contribute to high-quality manufacturing processes.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Machine Operation, Machining, and Milling
- Experience in operating various types of Machinery
- Strong skills in Quality Control to ensure precision and conformity with specifications
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Attention to detail and commitment to meeting production standards
- Familiarity with safety protocols and equipment maintenance
- Previous experience in a CNC machining or manufacturing environment preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification is a plus
