Your Role in ActionCarry a small caseload while supporting and supervising Behavior Technicians. Provide mentorship, training, and feedback to clinical staff. Monitor client progress and assist in treatment plan development. Deliver parent training to increase family engagement. Collaborate with BCBAs and other professionals to ensure high-quality care. Contribute to team growth through leadership and program support. Who We're Excited to MeetWe're seeking passionate ABA professionals ready to step into a leadership role. You bring: Bachelor's Degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.1+ year of ABA experience, including direct client care. Passion for leadership, growth, and clinical excellence. Strong organizational and communication skills. Supervisory experience is a plus, but not required—we'll train and support your development.
