About the Role:
We're hiring a Business Development Manager to join our sales team in Omaha. In this role, you'll work with pre-qualified leads generated through CHIPD's partnership network — including endorsed relationships with associations serving medical practices, med spas, building supply dealers, and kitchen & bath retailers. Your job is to identify partner members who would benefit from our program, reach out to decision-makers, and use consultative selling to close new merchant accounts.
What You'll Do:- Prospect and contact partner-generated leads through outbound calling, email, and follow-upPresent CHIPD's endorsed processing programs to prospective merchants
- Conduct product demonstrations via ZoomAttend industry trade shows throughout the year
- Manage clear notes, call activity, and partner communications inside our CRMProvide written follow-up (email, reference materials, thank-you cards) after each conversation
- Own the sales cycle from initial contact through signed application
- What You BringPrior sales experience — preferably in a role with a monthly quota
- Comfort making a high volume of outbound calls (roughly 50 dials per day)
- Strong verbal communication and rapport-building skills
- Discipline to follow a sales process end-to-end and maintain accurate CRM records
- Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and self-motivated
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary:
$50,000 Residual commissions on every merchant account you sign — paid for as long as the merchant continues processing Monthly First Batch Bonus — additional new-account bonuses First-year total-compensation range: $50,000 – $70,000, with strong ramp progression pushing total compensation above $100,000 by Year 3Healthcare insurance — employer participation Employee IRA matching program Paid time off Location & Schedule Full-time, on-site: 900 S. 74th Plaza, Suite 303, Omaha, NE 68114 Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
