Experience Requirements Minimum of 2 years of stable work history with strong employment tenure. Experience in a mechanically inclined role such as machinist, automotive technician, maintenance technician, machine operator, or similar field. Manufacturing experience preferred. Troubleshooting, equipment repair, and preventive maintenance experience preferred. Experience working with automated or robotic equipment is a plus. Physical Capabilities Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to sit and stand throughout the shift. Manual dexterity and attention to detail for inspecting and handling parts. Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment around machinery and automated equipment. Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standards.

Job Duties: Perform visual inspections of components received from the grit-blasting department. Operate robotic and manual spray chambers to apply specialized coatings to biomedical components. Coat medical products including knee and hip replacement components according to customer specifications. Monitor equipment controls and production processes to ensure quality and efficiency. Perform preventive maintenance, including filter changes, chamber cleaning, and equipment upkeep. Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report maintenance concerns. Maintain accurate production records and comply with all safety procedures. Support continuous improvement efforts while maintaining a clean and organized work area.
