Job Summary:
We are looking for aTest Technicianwith strong skills inelectrical and mechanical systemsto set up, test, and troubleshoot robotic automation equipment. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience inrobotics, automation testing, and manufacturing environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up, test, and inspect robotic automation systems formechanical, electrical, application, and safety performance.
Follow production schedules and meet daily productivity targets.
Read and interpretelectrical, mechanical, and pneumatic schematicsand technical documentation.
Performquality inspectionsto ensure products meet engineering and manufacturing standards.
Use electrical and mechanical tools to perform testing and repairs.
Maintain tools and equipment in accordance with company procedures.
Organize and maintain a clean work area using5S workplace organization methods.
Adhere tosafety protocolsincluding HAZMAT handling, lockout/tagout, robot safety, PPE use, and risk assessments.
Complete work orders and documentation in anERP system.
Qualifications:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge ofmechanical and electrical assemblies.
Proficiency withhand tools, testing equipment, and troubleshooting techniques.
Familiarity with safety procedures in an industrial setting (MIOSHA or similar).
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Education & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Associate degree, technical certificate, licensed/apprenticestatus, or equivalent experience inelectrical or applied sciencepreferred.
1–5 years’ experience inmanufacturing, electrical assembly, robotics, or automation testing.
ISO 9001 experience a plus.
Physical Requirements:
Lift up to 50 lbs.
Operate machinery and hand tools.
Work Environment:
Clean, well-lit, temperature-controlled facility with occasional off-site assignments.
