ESG & SEC Reporting Manager — CSRD Readiness & AI-Driven

ServiceNow seeks an SEC & ESG Reporting Manager to lead SEC reporting, ESG regulatory readiness, and CSRD initiatives. You will partner with Finance, Legal, and Sustainability teams to ensure compliance with US GAAP and evolving ESG standards, reporting to the Director of SEC & ESG Reporting. You will oversee external auditors, implement process improvements, and stay current on CSRD, TCFD, ISSB, GRI, and SEC rules to support accurate corporate reporting.
