Schedule: Full-Time 8 AM - 5 PM PST hours:
Note: candidates available until 7:00 PM AZ time are highly preferred)
We are seeking an experienced Remote Online Notary (RON) to support the growing demand for digital notarization services. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with an active Notary commission and experience handling legal, financial, mortgage, or real estate documents in a remote environment.
ResponsibilitiesConduct remote online notarizations using approved audio/video platforms
Verify signer identities and ensure compliance with all notarial requirements
Review documents for accuracy, completeness, and legal compliance
Maintain electronic notarial journals and required records
Coordinate with customers, title companies, attorneys, and internal teams
Troubleshoot basic connectivity and platform issues during notarization sessions
Protect confidential personal and financial information
Qualifications:
Active Notary Public commission in a state that permits Remote Online Notarization (RON)
Current RON authorization/registration, where applicable
1+ years of Notary experience required
Previous Remote Online Notary experience strongly preferred
Experience with real estate, mortgage, legal, or financial documents preferred
Familiarity with e-signatures, identity verification, and digital document workflows
Reliable high-speed internet, webcam, microphone, and dedicated workspace
