As an Amazon Flex Package Delivery Driver, you’ll use the Amazon Flex app to accept delivery blocks, navigate routes, and deliver packages to homes and businesses. You’ll load and organize packages, follow safety and traffic rules, and provide reliable, on-time service. Pick up and deliver Amazon packages to homes and businesses within assigned delivery blocks Use the Amazon Flex app for navigation, route optimization, and delivery confirmation Load, organize, and secure packages in personal vehicle to prevent damage Follow all traffic laws and Amazon Flex safety guidelines while driving and delivering Scan packages accurately and obtain any required delivery confirmations Communicate promptly through the app about delays, delivery issues, or customer concerns Maintain punctuality by arriving on time for blocks and meeting delivery time windows Provide courteous, professional service at each delivery location Route navigation using GPS and mobile apps Smartphone and app proficiency (Amazon Flex app) Safe driving and defensive driving practices Time management and on-time delivery Package handling and basic loading techniques Basic vehicle maintenance awareness Problem-solving for delivery issues and route changes Customer service and professional communication Following safety and compliance guidelines Basic record-keeping and scanning of packages Valid state driver’s license Clean driving record meeting Amazon Flex standards Proof of valid auto insurance Access to a qualifying, reliable personal vehicle Ability to lift and carry packages (often up to 50 lbs)
