Director Of Data It Program Within the Information Systems Department of a large international group, we are looking for a Director Of Data It Program H/F to take charge of a strategic data transformation program with high visibility.
This program aims to address the main challenges related to data and to establish sustainable and scalable capabilities to improve data availability, quality, integration, governance, and value for the business.
The position has a high exposure to management and requires rallying many stakeholders: business and IT teams, operational entities, Group functions, and external partners.
Your responsibilities:
As Director Of Data It Program, you will have the following missions:
Define and lead the overall strategy of the program, its roadmap, its scope, and its priorities. Ensure the end-to-end management of a complex, strategic, and multi-year transformation program. Set up and animate the governance of the program: steering committees, executive reporting, and decision-making processes. Manage the budget, resources, risks, dependencies, and overall program performance. Ensure alignment between business needs, IT strategy, data capabilities, and Group standards. Be the main contact for management and key stakeholders. Produce clear and concise executive reporting on progress, risks, financial elements, and strategic decisions. Coordinate several projects and initiatives as well as different internal teams and technology partners. Facilitate alignment and decision-making in a complex international and matrix environment.
