Patient Volume:
- Approximately 18-24 patients per day
- Dates & Required Availability:11/23 - 11/2511/30 - 12/412/21 - 12/2412/28 - 12/31 Monday-Friday (8am-5pm, 8 hours)
- No Call. No Weekends
- Credentialing Timeframe:4 weeks
Job Details:
Support Staff: (2) Physicist, (2) Dosimetrist, (4) Radiation Therapists, (4) Radiation Oncology APPs, (1) Nurse, (1) Patient Access
Equipment:
Accuracy equipment; (1) Tomotherapy and (1) Radixact (they are in the process of replacing the Tomotherapy machine w/a Varian Linac, which will be operational in September.
EMR: They currently use MOSAIQ and will transition to ARIA in September
Client Requirements:
