Roles & Responsibilities:
- Define program goals, success measures, roadmap, milestones, and governance cadence.
- Coordinate multiple projects and workstreams to achieve committed business outcomes.
- Manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, dependencies, risks, issues, and change control.
- Provide clear executive reporting on progress, decisions, risks, financials, and value realization.
- Partner with product, architecture, engineering, data, security, operations, and business leaders.
- Drive vendor coordination, delivery accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure adherence to security, privacy, quality, and regulatory requirements.
- Generic Managerial Skills, If any
- Strong leadership, negotiation, financial management, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead globally distributed teams.
