EDM Programmer Operator develops programs and operates wire, sinker, and hole drilling EDM equipment while preparing CNC setups, interpreting blueprints, and inspecting finished components for quality. Responsibilities:
Program and operate wire EDM, sinker EDM, and hole drilling EDM equipment.
Set up CNC machinery for EDM operations.
Prepare electrodes for sinker EDM work.
Interpret blueprints to guide machining activities.
Perform quality inspections on completed components.
Required Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in EDM programming and operation.
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience with EDM programming.
- Experience with CNC machining.
