Job Description:
We're looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to support our finance function as the business continues to scale.
What You'll Do:- Assist with day-to-day bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger entries
- Support monthly close processes and account reconciliations
- Manage cash flow reconciliation and reporting
- Help prepare royalty reports for licensed brand partners
- Assist with budgeting and expense tracking across departments
- Maintain organized, accurate financial records and documentation
What We're Looking For:- 3-5 years of accounting experience (apparel, wholesale, or licensing industry experience a plus)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proficiency in Excel; experience with Microsoft D365 or similar ERP/accounting software preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Experience with AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) a plus
