APPLY NOWSeeking an experienced Geothermal Drilling Engineer, the full-time position will manage a variety of drilling projects, including exploratory drilling and geothermal well design, while ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets, with the opportunity to work remotely.
Key responsibilities:
Oversee the complete life cycle of drilling projects from proposal development to execution, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget
Develop and manage drilling programs, including well design, casing design, and cost estimation while coordinating with service providers
Provide consulting on drilling engineering, focusing on exploratory drilling, solution-mining, and compliance monitoringRequired qualificationsBachelor's degree in petroleum, geological, or mining engineering
Minimum of 15 years of drilling engineering experience, including geothermal drilling program design
Strong technical background in well design and drilling program development
Prior experience with Authorization for Expenditure (AFE) preparation and cost tracking
Professional license or the ability to achieve one is preferred
