This is a senior commercial finance leadership role supporting a sizable, complex business and partnering closely with commercial leadership on financial performance, investment decisions, and profitable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic finance partner to senior commercial leaders
- Provide financial leadership across sales performance, customer investment, and commercial planning
- Support revenue growth and trade-related decision-making
- Lead forecasting, planning, performance analysis, and business reviews
- Identify opportunities to improve revenue, margin, and overall commercial effectiveness
- Partner cross-functionally across Finance, Sales, Marketing, and other business functions
- Lead and develop a high-performing finance team
Key Requirements:
- 13-18+ years of progressive finance experience
- Background within CPG, food & beverage, consumer products, or a similarly complex organizationStrong commercial, sales finance, or business-unit finance experience
- Exposure to revenue growth management, trade, customer investment, or related commercial finance activities
- Broad finance foundation, ideally including FP&A or business planning experience
- Experience operating within a large, matrixed organizationStrong executive communication and business-partnering skills
- Prior people leadership experience
