Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that align with clients' needs, including pre-crisis and crisis management strategies. Document all interactions and treatment progress in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and maintaining clear records that support efficient patient care. Utilize evidence-based diagnostic tools endorsed by our clinical team, ensuring the implementation of effective therapeutic practices tailored to each client. Patient Population / Client FocusYour role is critical in serving a wide range of individuals, from those struggling with mental health disorders to clients in recovery from substance use issues. You will work closely with a diverse patient population, tailoring your approach to meet the unique cultural and personal requirements of each individual. Qualifications: A Master's Degree in a mental health-related field is required. Current independent licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) is essential.

Compensation and Benefits: The annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience.
