Qualifications:
Whats the job The Dry End Operator will be responsible for operating various machines at the end of the process.
The Dry End Operator will operate a forklift to move/ stage finished goods.
This role directly reports to the on-shift Production Supervisor but works closely with the Winder Operator.
Essential functions:- Perform visual inspection of finished goods to verify it meets quality specifications
- Communication of production issues or concerns on shift
- Maintain a thoroughly cleaned area in and around facility
- Ability to relieve to winder job role as needed
- Complete and maintain mobile equipment certifications (i.e., floor scrubber, forklift, and bobcat)
Responsibilities:- The incumbent is responsible for performing assigned duties until properly relieved.
- Responsible for performing SMAT observations and submitting of required concerned reports

- High School Diploma/GEDIndustrial Manufacturing Experience Required
- Computer Literacy Required
- Excellent communication skills are essential
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent Attendance Practices Required
